The project designed by Architects Haluk Tümay and Ayhan Böke has a total construction area of  23.250 sqm and consists of two 19 - storey  blocks with 560 sqm  floor area where four flats  are  located around the structural core.

It is a fine example  of high rise buildings applied to residential development. There are 152 units in the complex, with two different plan types of 135 and 144 sqm. Precast panels are foreseen for the elevations

The complex has a large garden in which a 18 th century house serves as a social activity center including kindergarden, cafe, administrative office, sports and hobby center.
