The project designed by Architects Haluk Tümay & Ayhan Böke and the design team has a total construction area of 90.000 sqm and consists of a 23 - storey and two 25 - storey office blocks with 792 sqm typıcal floor area where two open space office areas are located on both sides of a structural core.
Each of the blocks has 4 basement floors and annexes on ground floor housing conference hall , bank branch and office space. The complex serves as headquarters for Yapi Kredi Bank until 1994 and was replaced by New Yapi Kredi Headquarters in1995.
Besides Yapi kredi many multinational companies like IBM have their Headquarters at the complex The complex is heated , ventilated and air conditioned by fan coil system and conforms to the ASHRAE standards, and each block has six electronically controlled lifts serving independently to both offfice areas on both sides of the core.
Besides the prestige and dynamism Yapı Kredi Plaza brought to Levent region in mid 80 'ies it set also the standards for the highrise buildings to follow in the area and was the pioneer and landmark of its class.
