Yapı Kredi Headquarters has a total construction area of 40.672 sqm and consists of a 30 storey office block including 7 basement floors. It is located next to the Yapı Kredi Plaza, which was the first contemporary business center in Turkey completed in 1990. In1995, due to the expansion of the organisation and the technical requirements, Yapi Kredi Headquarters moved from Yapı Kredi Plaza to this new building.
There are 17 typical office floors, each 752 sqm. The office areas are located excentrical to the structural core. The offices are designed based on the open space concept. Floors 18 to 22 are designed as VIP offices. The main entrance to the building is on the first basement. The bank's branch office and an exhibition hall are also located on the same floor. A conference hall for 400 person is located on the ground floor and is connected to the exhibition hall on the lower level. The main cafeteria for 400 person is on the second basement. Vault rooms and security sections are on the third basement and the fitness center with sauna and a pool is located on the fourth basement.
The office tower is cladded with Samba White granite and at the podium level the circular entrance wall of the conference center is ornamented with Nero Assoluto stripes. The fassade consists of aquamarine reflective solar structural glazing with powder painted aluminum curtainwall.
