The administrative complex for the State Tax Inspectorate of Moscow and Moscow Real Estate Registration Commitee is designed by Architect Haluk Tümay in cooperation with Mos Project 1 and has a total construction area of 36.700 sqm. It is located at Bolshaya Tulskaya Street, between Serpouhovsky Zastava Square and Avlozavodsky bridge, and is part of the area development concept near Toulskaya subway station, forming a new public and business center.
The administrative complex consists of a 15 storey and a 14 storey office blocks with 1350 sqm floor area which are connected with a core containing of a transportation and utility tower and consists of two independent function zones serving as room by room or open space office areas. 2-3 storey podium part blends harmoniously with the existing low storied buildings on the Bolshaya Toulskaya street. On the entrance level a spacious entrance hall with a skylight leads to the lift hall with 8 lifts designated separately for the State Tax Inspectorate and Moscow Real Estate Registration Commitee. A foyer for 300 person, cafeteria, administrative offices and sport center are also arranged on this floor. Conference center, seminar hall and offices are located on the first floor. Workshops, carpark and mechanical premises are attanged on the basement floor.
The office tower is cladded with Rosa Porrinho granite and at the podium level the elevation is ornamented with African red. The fassade consists of silver reflective solar glazing with powder painted aluminum curtainwall.
