Designed by Architects Haluk Tümay & Ayhan Böke this complex has a total construction area of 32.500 sqm and consists of two towers annexed to each other with 14 storey FİNANSBANK and 12 storey SYKB (Industrial Investment Bank) office blocks with 972 sqm typical floor area where two open space office areas are located on both sides of a structural core.
Each of the blocks has 6 basement floors in common consisting of staff cafeteria, conference hall , security center and administrative offices. The complex is heated , ventilated and air conditioned by fan coıl system and conforms to the ASHRAE standards, and each block has three electronically controlled lifts with 2.5 mt/sec serving separately and independantly to both offfice areas on both sides of the core
The Complex is cladded with Olympia White granite at tower and verde Maritaca at podium level and the fassade consists of silver reflective solar glazing with anodised aluminum curtainwall
