This complex has a total construction area of 17.665 sqm and consists of a 12 storey office blocks with 540 sqm typical floor area where office area is located excentrical to the structural core.
The building has 8 basement floors designated as mechanical plant rooms, carpark, staff cafeteria, conference hall, meeting rooms, vault rooms, security and administrative premises. On ground floor a branch bank and the exhibition hall are located. The entrance hall of HSBC. is enriched with various artworks.
The complex served as Headquarters for Demirbank until it was transfered to Banking Regulation and Auditing Board in the year 2000. The complex is heated, ventilated and air conditioned by vav system and conforms to the ASHRAE standards. The tower has four electronically controlled lifts serving the office floors .
The exterior is cladded with white crystalline glass panels and dominates the skyline of Levent. The fassade consists of laminated aquamarine reflective solar structural glazing with powder painted aluminum curtainwall.
