The project is designed by Cannon Architects - USA and developed by Architect Haluk Tümay. It has a total construction area of 44.000 sqm on 22.000 sqm. land and consists of 1 basement and 17 floors above ground including 13 guestfloors. The site is located along the Seyhan river and has a beautiful view to the ancient bridge and the Merkez mosque.
On ground floor an impressive lobby, two restaurants with an international and a national cuisine, main kitchen, reception, back of house offices, bank branch, rental shops, fitness center, sauna and turkish bath are located. On first floor, meeting rooms with various capacity, banquet hall for 600 persons, prefunction rooms for 400 persons, banquet kitchen are arranged. Third floor serves as mechanical plantroom for the guestfloors. From 4th to 14th floor there are 309 guestrooms including suites and handicapped rooms complying with the 5-star Hilton specifications. Royal suite is located on the 17th floor and on the 16th floor there is VIP lounge overlooking Seyhan river. The mechanical plantroom, carpark, workshops, staff cafeteria, pastry kitchen, kitchen stores, coldrooms, staff rooms and administrative offices are located on the basement floor.
The complex is cladded with Andeer stone and at the podium level with Verde Maritaca. The fassade consists of green reflective solar glazing with powder painted aluminum precast panels.
