This complex has a total construction area of 8500 sqm. on a 35750 sqm. plot of land and consists of 2 semi - circular shaped buildings with an umbrella shaped stell construction between and the tube shaped walkways connecting the premisses.

The architectural layout of the project was designede to meet needs of the physically handicapped childresn and central monitored special alarm systems were installed for emergency.

The complex contains educational and recreational areas, physiotheraphy and ergotheraphy, physichiatric analysis laboratories, specially equipped classromms, a hydrotheraphy pool, gyms, workshops, administirative offices, cafetarias,dormitories , a 200 person conference hall and a library.
